"Finding Nicole as a counselor was truly a blessing.  I wasn’t sure what to expect on our first visit.   I was scared to death about going to counseling, marriage or otherwise, but was absolutely relieved when we met.  As a man, it’s hard enough to open up to a counselor, sharing things that you never wanted to talk about but needed to get out but Nicole made me feel at ease from the first moment.  Her “relaxed” counseling style helped me feel that it was safe to say anything and gave me courage to speak from my mind and my heart.  That’s not an easy thing for anyone to do.  Nicole also made my wife and I feel welcome, like family, and drew us both out of our shells to truly talk to each other.  Even the atmosphere puts you at ease, from the couches (no psych joke intended) to the relaxing music.  It’s like hanging out with friends and talking through problems rather than the usual clinical office.  The whole experience has been and is still very rewarding."
